"I asked several contractors to assess the work and propose solutions for our situation. We needed to remove an old shake shingle roof and replace it with a high quality, composite roof. You proposed the work in a very clear and thorough manner, taking the time to educate us on the process, materials, and alternatives. Not only did you present the most comprehensive plan, but once the other components, like soffit vents, were considered, you were also the most reasonably priced.

When the work commenced, we were very impressed with your crew. They were courteous and kept us well informed at each stage of the work. As you recall, this job was performed in the middle of December, a week before Christmas, and the weather forecast said there were three good days before an incoming snowstorm. You doubled the crew, had it dried in on the first day, then applied the shingles during the next two days. The workers were careful when working around the landscape and removing debris. With much attention to detail, all vent pipes and accessories were also painted to match the roof. I was amazed at how quickly the job went and that it was all accomplished on schedule. Later in the week, our area was hit with freezing rain and snow, and the roof passed its first test.

Since you have completed this project, we have gotten nothing but compliments from the neighbors regarding the look of our new roof. Two of our neighbors have since called you to replace their roofs, and it appears that you’ve done an excellent job on those as well. I would like to commend you on the way you do business.
